BEDROOM
A large double bed and a safe.
Please note: the apartment is not equipped with a medical bed or hoist – this is not a care space, but a comfortable, independent living environment.
 

LIVING ROOM
A comfortable armchair, dining table at wheelchair-accessible height, chairs, and a flat-screen TV.
At the heart of the living area – a high-quality sofa with an Italian folding system and a full-size mattress. Once unfolded, it becomes a true bedroom bed, designed for daily use.
 

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Oven with microwave function, induction cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, plus a mixer, blender, and toaster.
Everything you need for cooking and baking – from pots and knives to baking tins and practical kitchen tools.

Also available: elegant porcelain, including a colorful set for children, and thoughtful essentials that truly make a difference – salt, sugar, coffee, tea, oil, and vinegar.
 

BATHROOM
Fully adapted to the needs of people with reduced mobility: walk-in shower with seat, grab rails by the shower and toilet.
An open, step-free space – no raised shower tray, no glass barriers.

Available: a full set of towels, hairdryer, and essential toiletries – liquid soap, shower gel, and shampoo.

All doors throughout the apartment – and across the entire building – have widened clearances for smooth and easy wheelchair access.
 

ADDITIONALLY
On the first floor – a shared laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers. A practical solution for longer stays and family holidays.

The entire building was designed and constructed to be step-free, with no architectural barriers – fully adapted to the needs of people with limited mobility.
An elevator serves all floors, ensuring seamless access throughout the property: from apartments to the Open Room, Kids Room, and wellness area.
